As you can see on the acknowledgements page, we have received support from a variety of sources to get MapEcos up and running.  Yet, there is much more to be done.  We would like to include more information about waste that is transferred before it is released, their destinations, etc.

We might also add information on emissions that contribute to global warming.

And, we hope that MapEcos is just the beginning.

We are open to all kinds of new ideas. We are working on a site to map the redevelopment of New Orleans, and plan to work on other geographic issues in the future. We are also looking for capable people to help develop this site. Talented computer programmers are especially of interest. Obviously, to maintain the site, develop it, or create new ones, we will need continuing financial support. Please contact us if you think you can help.
